Roles & Responsibilities
1. Training Plan & Execution 1) Identify and analyze training needs align with business requirements. 2) Define / Control training budget and development annual training solution based on training needs analysis. 3) Training vendor management to ensure high quality of trainings are delivered. 4) Execute the annual plan, training activity organization administration (incl. training record/ file management etc.) 5) Evaluate the training program’s effectiveness to the right level. 6) Audit preparation. 2. Training Program 1) Skill Management / Competency Management / Learning Management System. 2) Organize Global Leadership programs. 3) Talent Review and drive the completion and execution of IDP or high potentials. 4) Succession Planning 5) Completion and support the global learning projects in location. 6) Build up effective internal trainer management system to ensure the right level of trainers is delivered. 7) Develop and lead training projects to enhance the training management system. 3. Others 1) Follow up employee labor cases. 2) Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.
1. Bachelor and above, English, HR and business administration related. 2. Good command of English both in written and spoken. 3. At least 3-5 years related training management experience. 4. Strong organize and coordinate ability, good communicate and execute skills. 5. Have the sense of optimization and prioritization of tasks, detail and result oriented. 6. Good command of PC skills, especially Microsoft Office Software.
