Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead development of the trade marketing strategy and action plan to achieve defined business objectives across all the channels, monitor the implementation, and assess the result. (30%) 2. Develop, execute and perform promotional activities and programs designed to increase presence and ultimate take-away. (30%) 3. Cooperate closely with sales department and ensure alignment across the sales and marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, optimize promotion mechanism design and avoid any logistic issues during the execution. (20%) 4. Result evaluation of effectiveness of all kinds’ activities so as to enhance efficiency. Drive Omni channel campaigns, initiate Omni channel animation campaigns to bring the same shopping experience to consumers. Organize sampling and GWP. (10%) 5. Lead team to build training system, develop training materials and execution in order to help on retail growth. (10%)
1. Essential Position Requirements. a) Ability to interface with managers, senior department leaders of company, and multiple entities. b) Strong communication skills – professional, and knowledgeable in professional communication tools – professional writing/letters, spreadsheets, power point presentations etc. c) Results oriented. 2. Education. a) University graduate. b) CET 6 certificate holder. c) Proficient in office software programs. 3. Experience. a) > 4 years stretch experience in similar position preferably in the FMCG sector. b) Large and verifiable portfolio of personal current and past achievements in trade marketing. 4. Skills. a) Strong organizational skills/adaptable/proactive. b) Strong communication skills – verbal and written. c) Ability to use office programs – word, power point, excel, other office assistant tools.
