Roles & Responsibilities
1. Organize to discuss, draft and revise the company's medium and long-term development strategy, analyze and evaluate the internal and external industry environment and competitive situation, identify market opportunities, growth opportunities and strategic interest areas, and promote cross-BU cooperation. Draft Strategic Initiatives and Implementation Roadmap 2. Conduct special research and analysis on the overall and strategic issues of the company's development, and draft implementation plans as well. Provide basis and alternative solutions for company leadership decision-making 3. Ensure the group investment projects are consistent with the company's strategic development goals. To carry out the whole process management from planning, project establishment to acceptance of major fixed assets investment projects in the Group. To ensure the investment projects have reasonable investment returns. 4. Establish financial models to monitor medium and long-term business development trends/prospects. Collect and collate relevant industry, market, customer and competitor information to analyze the impact of relevant changes on the company. Provide valuable business insights for the company leadership and assist them to discuss the strategic business planning. 5. Organize to control the strategic management of subsidiaries, integrate group resources, enhance the synergy of the BU, and ensure the implementation of the group's overall strategy
Qualifications Requirements
1. 211 Project Bachelor's degree or above, MBA is plus. 2. More than 8 years of relevant working experience in IC industry or 5 years of working experience in a well-known consulting firm. 3. Familiar with strategic management theory and various strategic analysis models 4. Have initiative and "can do" attitude, strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills,acute market insight, excellent project management, strong communication and coordination capabilities and good professional ethics. 5. Fluent in English and MS office
