Roles & Responsibilities
1. Business Development with local accounts 2. Set up and apply technical and product strategy / Propose technical marketing activities locally approved by the Regional Sales Director and the Regional Marketing Manager 3. Take leadership on the management of the defined list of customers. Provide feedback to China management team on pricing, sales policy, and sales conditions when relevant Action plan per customer to be reported to Country GM & Regional Sales Director 4. Marketing support a) Competition & market intelligence b) Range management support (TDS, sales tools) c) Support for external events organization d) Communication 5. Provide Sales and Marketing reports to Country GM & Regional Sales Director 6. Answer technical queries and provide solutions to customers 7. Develop effective relationships with external contacts 8. Monthly reports: monthly activity, project review, Non conformities, etc… 9. Report any customer claims to Quality team
1. At least 5 years sales experience in food or relevant industries. 2. Strong in business & customer development and maintaining. 3. Good English skills, both spoken and written. 4. Skilled communication and presentation. 5. Flexible working hours according to company priorities. 6. Ability to travel up to 80% according to business needs.
