Roles & Responsibilities
1. Collect marketing information to support new product development 2. Develop customers with the Director Sales & marketing of the German head quarter the sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability, coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets. 3. Maintain customer relationship. 4. Maintain accurate records of all pricings, and activity reports. 5. Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances / pre-calculation’s; initiating corrective actions and support finance department to ensure on-time customer payment. 6. Support human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining program management employees, communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. 7. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations and Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
1. Min. 4 years’ experience in sales key account organization; 2. Experience with enterprise large or medium sized complex organizations; 3. Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management; 4. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements; 5. Ability to drive sales projects independent; 6. Good Chinese, English and ideally German language skills (Native Chinese speaker), good computer skills (MS office products: Word, Excel, Outlook and experience with SAP systems is a plus).
