Roles and Responsibilities:

1. 1. Responsible for leading the operation department including finance, logistics, administration, HR and IT, working closely with other departments to support business growth.
   2. Responsible for AR and cash flow targets.
   3. Responsible for monthly/quarterly reports regarding business and financial data.
   4. Review the balance sheet, income statement, cash-flow statement every month, especially the balance sheet related to accounts receivable, cash, and bank balances.
   5. Responsible for efficient and good use of company global ERP systems and ensure the quality of data in ERP systems.
   6. By use of ERP system and BI tools to continuously analyze the performance of business projects from financial point of view and find ways to improve and follow up.
   7. Continuously improve cooperation internally with Sales and Engineering departments regarding pricing, revenue, costs, project margins, AR and cash-flow.
   8. Regular meetings with and continuously improve cooperation with headquarters’ finance in Germany.

Qualifications:

1. 1. Eager to contribute.
   2. Good communication skills.
   3. Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
   4. Bachelor’s degree or above, with bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. Education background in English is preferred.
   5. At least 5 years of experience in finance management.
   6. Familiar with ERP system. Good ERP system experience is preferred.
   7. Experience in HR, logistics, import and export is preferred.
   8. Have team management experience, possessing leadership skills with ability to motivate employees and resolve conflicts.
