职位描述：
1、 保持与客户相关窗口的沟通，维护良好客户关系，以及新项目的获取；
1. Maintained communication with customers in relevant Windows, maintained good customer relations, and obtained new projects;
2、 参与新项目可行性分析、技术评审；
2. Participate in feasibility analysis and technical review of new projects;
3、 新项目开发计划及进度的管控；
3. Control the development plan and progress of new projects;
4、 项目工程师工作的指导和帮助；
4. Guide and help project engineers;
5、 为达成开发目标提出改善意见；
5. Put forward Suggestions for improvement to achieve development goals;
6、 主持内部项目回顾和客户会议；
6. Hosted internal project reviews and customer meetings;
7、 管理产品、工艺的变更；
7. Manage the changes in products and processes;
8、 GM提升和项目得失分析；
8. GM promotion and project gain and loss analysis;
9、 部门经理交待的其它工作。
9. Other work assigned by the department manager.

任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，沟通能力强，能够与客户进行有效沟通；
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively with customers;
2、3年以上电子产品项目管理经验，具有较强的项目质量、进度、风险等综合项目管理能力；
2, 3 years or above project management experience in electronic products, with strong project quality, progress, risk, and other comprehensive project management capabilities;
3、英语熟练；
3. Proficient in English;
4、熟悉国内车厂的开发模式；
4. Familiar with the development mode of domestic automobile factories
5、具有较强的沟通协调能力、团队合作意识；
5. Strong communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit;
6、 认同公司企业文化，责任心强，心理素质好，能承受较大工作压力。
