Roles & Responsibilities

(1) Conscientiously carry out the sales management regulations and implementation rules of the company, responsible for the sales and development of products in the markets under my control and customers, provide customers with active, enthusiastic and thoughtful service, and maintain a good relationship with customers;
(2) Responsible for signing sales contracts with customers and urging them to perform as scheduled;
(3) Collect front-line marketing information and user opinions, and put forward reference opinions on the company’s marketing strategy, after-sales service, product improvement, new product development, etc;
(4) Manage and maintain customer relations and effectively develop long-term strategic cooperation plans with customers;
(5) Actively explore new markets, develop new customers and expand product sales scope;
(6) Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

(1) Bachelor degree or above;
(2) At least 5 years working experience in sales industry; Working experience in pet food or feed industry is preferred;
(3) Proficiency in English reading, writing, listening and speaking at level 4-6;
(4) Cheerful, diligent, upright and stable; Have the desire and ability of self-learning and strong initiative, and strive for continuous innovation;
(5) Excellent negotiation skills and communication skills, the ability to deal with emergency affairs independently and the ability to use time effectively;
(6) Can adapt to travel.
