Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business with existing and new clients.
- Lead position mapping and candidate searching for clients’ assignments.
- Screening potential candidates and identifying the right ones from search results.
- Interview and assess shortlisted candidates, write candidate reports, and conduct recommendations.
- Communicate with clients on assignments/candidates’ status.
- Summarize and report assignment status and plan actions needed.
- Coordinate and participate in client interviews.
- Salary negotiating and reference checks.
- Maintain Invenias data up-to-date in terms of assignment and candidate status/result. 10. Develop and maintain a healthy relationship with active/inactive candidates.
- On-boarding assistance and regular follow-up for placed candidates.
- Industries trends studying, analyzing, and reporting.
Qualifications Requirements
- University education or equivalent.
- 3+ years of working experience, at least one year in consulting/HR/sales fields.
- Strong learning abilities and learning willingness.
- Good language skills and critical thinking.
- Strong self-motivated, willing to take on challenges, and able to work under pressure.
- Detail focus, strict and persistent.
- Result-driven, good in time & task management.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good English proficiency both orally and in writing.
