Roles & Responsibilities
- Study customers’ businesses, collect market information, and industry trends.
- Study the JDs of the open positions assigned by customers.
- Conduct position mapping according to the requirement.
- Search & locate potential candidates.
- Conduct first call to potential candidates for case briefing and motivation check.
- Status follows up on the approached candidates and collects feedback.
- Daily update & report candidate searching progress.
- Format candidate report.
- Maintain candidate information in Invenias, make sure the accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate and follow up on candidate interviews. 11. Keep warming up with placed and inactive candidates.
Qualifications Requirements
- University education or equivalent.
- Strong learning abilities and learning willingness.
- Good language skills, be able to perform frequent telephone communication with others.
- Be able to take challenges and work under pressure.
- Detail focus and high self-discipline.
- Proficient in internet searching, good command of MS Office.
- Good English proficiency will be a plus.
