Roles and Responsibilities:
As expert of SAP PS to cover the module and its integration with other core SAP modules
and external system. Follow the full life cycle of project in areas of business process review, as-is analysis, gap analysis, blueprint preparation, functional specification, system design and configuration, testing and go-live support.
- Driving and delivering end-to-end activities and SAP solution for implementation and roll-out projects.
- Contributing on SAP PS for delivery of implementation project, template rollout as well as optimization project to fulfill the business requirement.
- Working closely with the business, other IT Departments and external partners on SAP solution delivery.
- Supporting global wide SAP installed base and resolving incidents/changes requests with the agreed SLAs.
- Managing escalations as per the process and coordinate between different stakeholders and team members.
- Sharing knowledge within the team and helping in building up competencies and/or improving the quality of deliverables.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or above degree of Computer Science, Business Administration or related major.
2. 5+ year SAP PS related working experience is mandatory with at least 3 full life cycle SAP implementation projects experience.
3. Proven experience in other area/modules in supply chain and production (SAP MM/PP) is a big advantage.
4. Strong communication skill and fluent English is a must.
5. Working experience in Mechanical and Engineering manufacturing industry is a plus.
6. Project management experience is a plus.
