Position Purpose 岗位目标
制定产品质量检验标准及质量管理体系，知道检验员检验产品，确保公司产品品质达标；并就产品质量存在的问题严格把关、持续改进。
Role & Responsibilities 岗位职责
1. Check the incoming materials according to corresponding standards, requirements, or other technical specifications; Assure the incoming materials are well identified to indicate their inspection status (labeled) and segregate non-conforming materials.
根据相关标准、要求或技术规范进行进货检验。确保进货材料很好标识以标明检验状态并隔离不合格品。
2. Analyze the quality of incoming materials on monthly basis and forward the reports to the quality manager. Contact the suppliers on quality issues.
每月分析进货质量并报告质量经理。与供应商联系质量问题。
3. Record the inspection results legibly, correctly, and fully; Keep the inspection records.
清楚、正确和完整记录检验结果。保持检验记录。
4. Solve quality problems on spot and present suggestions to rectify unreasonable operations.
现场解决质量问题并提出建议纠正不合理的操作。
5. Assist to look into quality complaints and carry out preventive and corrective actions and follow-up. Assist the quality manager to train inspectors and improve the quality management system.
协助调查质量抱怨，执行预防和纠正措施并跟踪。协助质量经理培训检验员和改善质量管理体系。
6. Identify special production processes and check key inspection points in production processes.
识别特殊过程，检查生产过程关键检验点。
7. First sample measuring and testing, make sample reports and material certificates.
样品检测和测试，出具检测报告和材料证书。
8. Gauge and test instrument calibration and management.
量具和测量仪器校验和管理。
9. Know company EHS policy and strategy, EHS target, obey company EHS regulation; know about EHS factors of the department.
了解公司安全、职业健康和环保的方针政策、目标指标，遵守公司安全、职业健康和环保规章制度，并了解本部门安全、职业健康和环境因素。
10. Other tasks assigned by Quality Manager.
质量经理交办的其他任务。
Qualifications 任职要求
1. Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related area.
至少2年相关工作经验；
2. Bachelor degree or above.
本科以上学历，有ISO9001和ISO14001内审员证；
3. Good quality sense and working attitude.
良好的质量意识和工作态度；
4. 英语四级以上；
5. 熟悉各种质量工具并有实践经验；
6. 能够掌握质量管理大局；
7. 阀门行业优先考虑。
